Jamie Vannorman made our purchase of a Q5 today an absolute pleasure. Her energy, and brand knowledge is unmatched. We bought a Q3 from her 3 years ago and we received the same service. The dealership is really lucky to have her. Thank you so much Jamie. Honorable mention to Marc Paquette, he was super professional and efficient. Overall, these two made it a delight to buy the Q5. We will be back next year to replace the Q3.

I would recommend Sudbury Audi and Jamie for your next vehicle! We were not sure which model to choose at first and she was very patient and knowledgeable about the vehicles we were considering. Jamie had us test drive a few of the models that were on the lot and we did not feel at all rushed throughout the process. Once the vehicle was ordered Jamie kept us in the loop with expected delivery date, she was very organized and she had all the paperwork and accessories ready to go right when the vehicle arrived on the lot. Marc was great when it was time to go over the financing and warranty options and Joel helped us choose some awesome winter tires and rims. Thanks to everyone at Audi Sudbury for making our experience great, we will be going back when it is time for our next vehicle. Cool Beans!

We recently embarked on the exciting journey of purchasing a new vehicle, a decision that led us to Sudbury Audi. Full disclosure: our previous car was an Audi, so we already had a soft spot for the brand. We made an appointment to check out a Q3, anticipating that it would meet our needs and preferences. Upon arriving, we were greeted by Jamie, who introduced us to a sleek black Q3. However, as we took a closer look, my wife wasn't entirely convinced by the color. Jamie, ever resourceful, went inside to retrieve the fob for another vehicle, and that’s when things took an unexpected turn. As we followed Jamie, my wife’s eyes landed on a stunning white Q5 adorned with black accents. In an instant, she declared, “I want that one,” much to my surprise. I couldn't help but laugh, reminding her that it was indeed the same model we already owned, but at a higher price point. “I don’t care, I want that one,” she insisted, showcasing her excitement. Just then, Jamie returned and confirmed that yes, it was pricier, but it came with better interest rates and financing options. With a swift move, she led us outside to show us the enticing new 2024 model that offered a remarkable 0.48% interest rate. That was the pivotal moment—my wife was completely sold. Jamie’s expertise and ability to work the numbers to fit our budget truly impressed us. By the end of our visit, we left feeling confident and excited, knowing we’d be returning in just a couple of days to finalize our purchase. New Sudbury Volkswagen/Audi proved to be a fantastic choice; it’s a smaller dealership with an outstanding service department, knowledgeable parts personnel, and a friendly sales staff. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting them before making any vehicle purchases; their professionalism and dedication made our experience exceptional.
